Website service regulations

Service provider

Services covered
The provider supplies: (a) access to public informational and marketing pages, documentation links, benchmarks and the pricing calculator; and (b) a contact form that transmits an enquiry to the provider. These services are free. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or conclude a paid product agreement. A Logstrm pilot, subscription, support service, data processing arrangement or other commercial service is governed by a separate written agreement or order.
Technical requirements and user conduct
Use requires an internet connection and a current web browser with JavaScript enabled to submit the contact form. The browser must be able to access logstrm.com and, for form delivery, api.logstrm.com. An email address is needed if you expect a reply. The provider does not charge for access, though your internet or mobile provider may charge you.
You must not provide unlawful content, send spam, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security measures or submit credentials, access tokens, special-category personal data or sensitive production information through the form. You must have the right to share any information you submit.
Software, security and risk information
The website uses JavaScript to operate the navigation and contact form and loads Tailwind styling code and Google Fonts from their providers on pages that include those resources. Their purpose is to render the page and its typography; they are not installed as standalone applications. Internet communications can be exposed to security or availability risks outside the provider's control. Do not send credentials, access tokens or sensitive production information through the public form. Use an up-to-date browser and verify unexpected links or messages claiming to be from Logstrm.
Conclusion and termination
The agreement for access to public pages begins when you start using them and ends when you stop browsing. The contact-form service begins when you submit the form and ends when the enquiry is delivered or the transmission fails. You may stop using a service at any time by leaving the site; you may abandon a form before submitting it. The provider may suspend access where reasonably necessary to secure or maintain the site, address unlawful use or comply with law.
Complaints
Submit a complaint about the website or contact form to sales@logstrm.com with “Website complaint” in the subject. Include a reply address, a description of the issue, when it occurred and what outcome you request. We will acknowledge the complaint and reply to the address supplied, normally within 14 days; if the matter needs longer, we will explain why and give an expected response date. This procedure does not limit mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Content and estimates
Website content, benchmarks and calculator results are informational and depend on stated assumptions and user inputs. They are not a binding quote, service-level commitment or guarantee of savings, performance or availability. Confirm technical and commercial details in the written agreement before relying on them for a purchase decision. Unless stated otherwise, website content and Logstrm branding are owned by the provider or its licensors. You may use them to evaluate the product and may not misrepresent them as your own.
Availability, changes and applicable rights
The provider may update or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Nothing in these regulations excludes consumer rights or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
