Azure Blob ingestion

The Azure Blob integration is a buffered ingestion path for diagnostic files. Azure Event Grid notifies Logstrm about a BlobCreated object; Logstrm downloads the referenced blob and decodes its records. It is an ingestor, not an output emitter, but it is documented here with the integration references.

The webhook receives Event Grid metadata, not arbitrary log batches. The event must identify a newly created Blob, and the runtime identity must be able to read that blob.

For low-latency streams, use the Event Hubs/Kafka-compatible path. For deterministic local load testing of routing and transformations, use the explicitly disabled-by-default benchmark HTTP ingestor instead.
